Frank Wilson’s primary practice areas are corporate and commercial real estate transactions, general business practice and commercial and real estate litigation.
Mr. Wilson graduated Magna Cum Laude, with Highest Honors, from Dartmouth College (A.B., 1976) where he was a Rufus Choate Scholar. Mr. Wilson received his law degree from the University of Georgia (J.D., 1979). While in law school, he was a member of the Moot Court Executive Board. Mr. Wilson was formerly a Business Law Instructor in the University of Georgia College of Business Administration. He is a member of the State Bar of Georgia and admitted in the U. S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia and the U. S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit. He has served as General Counsel for The Lovett School, Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia, and on its Board of Trustees.
