Kyler L. Wise

Kyler Wise’s primary practice area is civil litigation and trial work, with a particular emphasis on commercial, business, real estate, creditor’s rights, zoning and land use litigation. In terms of his zoning and land use practice, Mr. Wise proudly advocates for the private property rights of landowners, developers and contract purchasers throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Wise is an experienced trial lawyer, having successfully tried numerous jury and bench trials. Mr. Wise also successfully handles appellate matters for his clients. Reported Decisions:

Mr. Wise received his law degree from the Cumberland School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2000), and his undergraduate degree from Samford University (B.A., 1997). During law school, Mr. Wise served on Law Review and following law school, he was inducted into the Cumberland School of Law Curiae Honoris Law Society. Mr. Wise is a member of the State Bar of Georgia (2002), the Alabama State Bar (2000), and is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, U.S. District Court, Northern and Middle Districts of Alabama, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th Circuit.
